It is yet to launch, they are planning to launch the project by next month. Yelahanka is a well-developed residential and commercial locality. The area lies very close to NH-7, a small section of which is the airport road. Traveling along this road for 18 km takes the locality’s residents straight to Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. This same road connects the city to Hyderabad on one end and takes the area’s residents into the heart of the city on the other.

The project is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2019. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4500. There will be a total of 264 luxury residences pread over 4 blocks, in a combination of 13 and 14 floor towers.

I think they are negotiation of the price they have quoted, for that you have talk to the builder. A 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 60 lakhs all inclusive
