The registered RERA is going to expire in December 2018. Will there by an extension or if not will there be an issue if the amenities are not completed.

How about the amentities of different Saroj Project. Are they completed as promised??

This will be case with major builders. Once possession is given, even owners are happy and do not much care about following up with the builder on these

How much will be the price of an apartment in this project? What about the location advantages?

The price of 2 bhk starts from Rs 47.8 lakhs and the 3bhk starts from Rs 62.89 lakhs. The project is clsoe to schools, hospitals, malls and IT Parks.

Near by Hospitals: City Hospital, Yashomati Hospital & Columbia Asia Hospital.

How is the residential market in Gunjur and any major challenges in this locality?

The locality is witnessing major developments on the residential front. The emergence of several IT companies in the neighbouring regions has caused many apartments/flats to spring up here.

Although Gunjur is a rapidly developing region, there are some obstacles in its way of growth. The roads in Gunjur, for instance, need widening in order to allow smooth flow of traffic. There is a requirement for the underground sanitary system as well.

I am planning to book a 2 BHK in Saroj Harmony, what are different size they are offering? How many units, phases/wings, floors are coming up? What about the open space that will be available here?

The size of 2bhk apartment ranges from 1260 sqft to 1395 sqft. Around 159 units are planned with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. There will be 3 Phases or wings and 1 block with B+G+9 floors. In this project there will be 35% of open and green space.

As far as I know booking is open in this project. The project is under construction and the estimated possession date is by mid of 2018.

That's Great!!! What is the current rate per sqft going on and has the project got all the necessary approval from legal authority and banks?

Presently the builder is quoting Rs 3800 per sqft and the project has got all the necessary approval from BBMP and banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, PNB and Corporation bank.
