When I earlier asked whether they have DTCP approval they said they have but when I enquired about the DTCP approval
no. They said they will get the approval in a month. They are surely fraud fellows. I discussed with two three people they have already lost their money. I request folks not to get in this fraud builders trap. Stay away.. Invest safely

There is no answer, I am thinking to give cheating compliant in police station so that others can be saved, I am calling regularly and not bothered to answer my call

Hi Satish, Did you ask what is the reason that the builder has not started with the registrations of the plots? Is there any legal issues?
