Q: Looking for information like which legal body and banks have approved the project. Is the builder going to provide OC, CC and A khata fr the same?

Today, I have visited SK Daisy and found that it very close to Wipro. there are plenty of grown up TEAK and Silver treesI in walking area. I felt happy beco'z of the builder is not chopping them and make it concrete jungle.

My kids really happy by seeing so many trees.

What all amenities and facilities are provided? How is the locality Electronic City Phase I as a whole?

Amenities offered are as follows: Walking track, community hall, badminton court, swimming pool, gymnasium, basket ball, children's play area, cricket and stream room.

EC Phase I as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I.

What are the types of configuration they are offering? How many units are coming up and what is the basic structure?

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1105 sqft to 1690 sqft. There will be a total of 170 units and it is a G+4 floors structure.

The price of the apartments in this project starts from Rs 34.26 lakhs on wards. The project is expected to get completed by end of 2017.

As per my knowledge, the project has got approval Bangalore Development Authority and financial institutions like LIC Housing Finance and State Bank of India. Yes the builder is going to provide OC, CC and A Khata.
