Hi, you have done your research well, Devanahalli is a home to the Bengaluru International Airport. There is a good chance that this area will witness a tremendous growth. I have also been looking for residences and apartments to invest in this area since long. But I prefer House of Hiranandani apartments instead of Nitesh Long Island. I have visited both of them, but the kind of facilities I like were all offered in projects in Devanahalli by Hiranandani projects. I visited two of House of Hiranandani projects, Chancery and Crossgate. Both of these projects have neo-classical constructions that are aesthetically designed to appeal to your senses. Besides, these apartments also offer superior amenities like cards room, spa and salon, sports hall with badminton and squash, supermarket, jogging track, fully equipped gym, aerobics hall, ATM facility, clubhouse facilities, park and recreational grounds, and much more.

It’s a great idea to invest in Devanahalli area. Many reputed groups are building new villas in this area. It is the place where Bengaluru International Airport lies, also a multi-billion dollar Business Park with two IT Parks is being constructed, that is going to attract many clients and NRIs. Nilesh Long Island is a good option.

You can also check out properties from Hiranandani group. If you are looking for luxury villas that are both affordable and have a nice view, you can check out House of Hiranandani's 3 and 4 BHK villas and cottages offered at Devanahalli for clients who are looking for their dream paradise. Hi Maninder, Yes Nitesh Long Island is an ongoing plotted development and the development will be completed by end of this year. The price of plots ranges from Rs 60 lakhs to Rs 1.78 crores. This is a nice project to invest in as you can expect good appreciation in the future.
