Is the plot no. 1, sector 144, noida of Unnati fortune world is clear titled plot of Unnati group ?
Q: Unnati world project was launched in 2014 and still any construction work not started there since 2 years. They only say that some approvals are awaited and work will commence after getting that.
You should file the complaint case against the Builder before the RERA U.P. to secure your rights and interest in the project at the most earliest.

Hi All, Actually the truth is that, there has been some changes in the construction plans which have been allowed by the Noida Authority. So the builders are actually changing their original plans and incorporating more residential units in the last approved plans. Their new plans still await the approvals. I guess the builder will start the construction in both the plots simultaneously for cost effectiveness. I seriously don't see the construction to begin in a yrs time.
I think you are right Huda. Unnati Fourtune World has not started their project "Unnati World" at Sector- 144 NOIDA. Whenever, I called their executive, they inform that 85 to 90% approvals has been received and they will launch their project next month. They are giving same reply since January, 2015. It seems to me that they are using our money in some other projects and trying to fool us.
I think this builder has no intention to complete the project. Unnati World was launched long time back but no such development on ground. Construction work is in very slow pace or you can say almost stopped. Why Authority gives land at such prime location to such builders? It is better to develop smaller size of projects rather than big 50 acre projects which will take ages to complete..
You are right Yogendra. The construction is not going to start any time soon. It will at least take another 6-10 months for the approvals on plot no 1.
Don't get me wrong but if you have invested in this project as an investor then you must have a time horizon of at least 10 yrs or more to be able to expect returns. We can expect the returns only when the end user enters the area and that could only be after the proposed IT parks / Office complex are ready - occupied and running.
