When would construction start on Unnati Fortune sec 144?
Q: I have invested in Unnati fortune since 2013 but construction has not started yet? DO you idea when it would start and complete?

Is the plot no. 1, sector 144, noida of Unnati fortune world is clear titled plot of Unnati group ?
Q: Unnati world project was launched in 2014 and still any construction work not started there since 2 years. They only say that some approvals are awaited and work will commence after getting that.

Latest Answer: Right Ankur,. You should invest in GOVT PPF, NPS, or Mutual Funds, which also generate decent returns and which are regulated by SEBI / RBI. But most of the builders/developers are not registered by SEBI/RBI.

Q: please tell me sec 144 , plot 1 , is launch by unnati fortune group or unitech group . and this land has no issue of farmer or noida authority. Near by this plot ISBT and Metro station is comming is noida feature plan or not.
