I am also considering buying a 3BHK apartment in this project. Since this is a lesser known builder, I am a little worried about the legal aspect of the property and the construction quality. Also, the builder says that they have applied for OC from Anekal Planning Authority and it will arrive in another 2-3 months. I am a little confused. Any help would be appreciated.
