Why owner details are not visible on the protal

Q: This is one of the most irrelevant pages i have come across for property search, where listing by individuals will not fetch their details. Is there any seller for 2BHK apartment here for Ireo uptown.

Did you check the all legal documents, verified with the local body about the title of the property, have you visited the project site and checked the construction quality and the project status? It is true. Tower-E is still being handed over, once people start to live in it, it will plan out wonderful. I live in a 2BHK, with a 3BHK next to me with residents living there and no sound comes. The wall is thick enough, and stops noise. The kitchen doors are badly placed, and I got it removed. Master Bedroom have balconies of sufficient size. You will not get less than 7000/sq-ft. Even 7600/sq-ft seems a distant deal. It will be 8000/sq-ft and beyond. at least for A,B,C,D and maybe E, you can get 7600/sq-ft. But inspect the final demand and see how much you have to pay back to IREO to get the property transfer on your name.

Ireo Uptown is nearing completion. I saw two flats in Tower-E, the centre bandh road has lots of filth, glasses, plastics what Ireo calls forest land and should be sorted. I found 2BHK door next to a 3BHK door, very weird. It is just like a wall between a 3BHk and a 2BHK and the entrance of tower-E 2BHK is South East not good. No balconies in bedrooms, the entrance size of washroom/kitchen/bedroom in the 2BHK seems small. And the current price which i am offered is 7600/sq-ft.

Hi Nishant,
Your comments are very clear about Block-E. It will improve soon once construction work is completed and people will start living there. However, its entrance is not vastu compliant and Samshan is visible from balcony. It is not too far. How it will impact during funeral.

As far as price is concerned, you can explore more as 7200-7300/sq-ft including PLC.
