I discussed with some experts they suggested to form a Group of Buyers and then then approach to court. No commitments from the builders earthcon on casa Grande-2... I have also booked a studio flat in Beetle suites Ph-2 5 years back and no work ( not even ground breaking!) has started and builder is not refunding money. Pl advise what should be done?
I visit the site every alternate month and have been regularly following up with the builder but none of there commitments so far holds true. As per my last discussion in June they have applied for project loan and will start the work soon.

Hi Vivek! When is the last meeting with the builder? Dis you ask about the possession date? Have you ever visited the project site? What is the current status of the project? I think if you have invested a heavy amount then you should expense a little more to visit the developers office or the project site for the current status.
According to me, you have to check your agreement, there is clause for delay possession. If it is mentioned on your agreement then you should mail the builder and ask for the possession of your property with interest from the date of possession. If you are not getting any positive feedback from them then consult a legal expert or file a complain against the builder for delay possession.
Now, they are saying that they will had over the flat by June 2018. How can people believe them? If last 50 months from booking if they completed up to basement slab then god knows that when will they complete the entire project. I think we should create a FB Group or a commonfloor owners group for current updates.
From the discussion with builder for last four months, it seem that there is no hope of getting the flat in next three/four years because work is not progressing. I am sure about it.
