Hi Santosh ji, please add my number to the whatsapp group. I booked 2BHK in jan 2014 in Ryne and is planning to file complaint in RERA court for refund. The staff & builder is non-traceble. Phone numbers of Shakti and Nitin are not reachable. This is clear indicaton that builder has abandoned the project. I foresee very less probability to revive. I wish we all should turn up in good number in the court to have our refund.

Hi Rohit, Yes, Primerose Ryne is an ongoing project and it will take one more year to finish the construction work. Construction work is not in progress. I had a word with the developer and as per them, the possession date will be June-July 2018.
But as per the Ryne representatives, they do not have sufficient fund thus stopped construction. Even it is a under construction project and do not have RERA approval. I still have doubt whether they will deliver it by June-July 2018 or not. Because lots of work is still pending.
I am facing the same issue. I am also waiting for possession since 2 years. Previously they were saying that you will get it in Aug 2017 but it seems that now they dont have money to complete this project. My EMI is also scheduled to deduct from my account from next Jan 2018. I tried to reach them multiple times however unable to catch them. Even they are not receiving the call and responding on email too.
Do we have any whatsapp or other social media group for the same to which i can join and contact all the flat buyers and can discuss next course of action. If not then please provide me buyers contact numbers and i'll create a new one.
Hello Rohit, When is the possession date mentioned in your agreement? If it is a under-construction project, builder must has to register it with their respective RERA department. If not then they have to pay penalty for delay. And even if he is unable to complete the project within the said time period, they too have to pay 10% as interest from the time of promise date.
Thanks all for your prompt response. Well as per builder possession is in july 2018. But builder has to pay EMI to bank as it is No EMI till possession. And unfortunately builder stopped EMI's as well. Kindly suggest next course of action.
I am also a home buyer in Ryne Primrose. With me there are two other people who have register the flat in Ryne Primrose. I am also facing the same issue that the builder is neither giving the possession nor paying the EMI's and now, they even don't receive the calls.
Please guys we need to come together to do a case against the builder so that necessary action can be taken against the builder.
