Hi Dharmesh, how much will be the price of a plot here all inclusive?

The price of plots here ranges from Rs 13.20 lakhs to Rs 26.40 lakhs excluding registration and all.

Will Chikkaballapur be a good option to buy a property for investment purpose?

Chikballapur is a town in Karnataka, located within 3 kilometers of Muddenahalli and 58.5 kilometers north of Bangalore. The area is served by KTC buses running regularly between Bangalore and Chikballapur. But the area need some more time to develop and I do not thing this area can be considered for livability. For investment purpose, it is a definitely a good choice.

I feel yes it will be a good bet to buy a property here for investment purpose, because it is one of the least price project compared to other projects in the vicinity and land rates are expected to grow by 25% to 30% in a year.

How much is the rate per sqft going on and what is the project size? Which all banks are providing home loan for the same?

Current the rate per sqft going on is Rs 999 and the project is spread over 9.5 acres of land. It is ready for immediate registrations. You can avail home loan from banks like LIC, HDFC and ICICI.

Muses’ Abode is a plotted development project spread over 9.5 acres of land, with 154 individual units. The plot area ranges from 1200, 1500 and 2400 sqft. and the development is expected to be completed by December 2016.
