We were interested in Artistica by Builder Adroit in Shollinganallur.

Q: We saw the floor plans and the virtual tour on their website – we like the design and the amenities. Are flats still available for sale? Would like to come down and see a model flat.

I think it is a fast filling property, however you can still try. Most builders have model flats and they should also have one.

Me and my wife visited last week and quite a few flats are still available, although most are booked. We were shown a model flat. You can call their office for enquiries, their customer service is very good.
