OMR is a very fast growing location in Chennai. All the basic facilities like public transportation are frequent in this locality, AC buses from various locations.

@Himani: OMR is a very prime location in Chennai. This is the only location closer to OMR-Siruseri with lots of features & good water. Just 5-10 minutes to HLC, BVM, maharishi vidya mandir, PSBB school, ags cinemas, Vells college & hospitals and global hospital.

@Himani: The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,000. The project is located on OMR Main Road, Sholinganallur. OMR is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by train, buses and public transports. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

Hello Priya, units such as 3bhk and 4bhk is available. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 62 lakhs for 1230 sq ft, for 4bhk it would be around Rs 1.50 cr for 5000 sq ft.
