I am planning to invest on Agriculture land which is exactly on Bangalore-Mysore Highway (B-M) road (Between Mandya & Srirangapatna - Approx 25km from mysore), considering that B-M highway will be NH sooner with 6 lanes apart from being on main road and also I am eligible to buy agriculture land as well.
Thanks for your advice . In fact, we already have RTC record on our name past 20 years in another state, Does still 2 Lakh per annum ceiling is applicable since we can consider ourselves as Agriculturists..
As per my knowledge & few interactions locally, still the August time line holds good.
