The rate per sqft going on here is Rs 2,899 and facilities provided in this project are as follows gym, swimming pool, club house, toddles pool, children's play area, basket ball court, tennis court, jogging track etc.

As far as I know the project has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority. The project is under construction and the possession is expected by August 2016. Yes the builder is going to offer OC and CC
