Transport facility is also good in the locality.
Hi friends, I heard in 2015 that this land belong to farmers and for that there were heated arguments between farmers and police for stopping construction activity at a site of the developer, Gaursons, along the Yamuna Expressway. Is it true? What was the case about and has it resolved?
Yes, this case has been resolved a year back. As per Gaursons Builder, they have bought this land from Jaypee Group in re-sale. And for that farmers had challenged the acquisition of this land in the Supreme Court when it still belonged to the Jaypee group. The court had subsequently ordered in favour of Jaypee and that was the end of the dispute.

Hi friend!! I would like to highlights some points of this project. The land of Gaur Yamuna City is close to the Jaypee Group’s F1 track. That are constructing 20000 housing units in the ph-1, spread over 250 acres. Gaursons has roped in developer Saviour Builders to develop this project. Construction of the project has started and the ph-1 would be delivered in 36 months. As per the developer, there was no dispute on this land. Gaursons is currently developing a 240-acre township in Noida Extension in tie-up with Saviour.

Hello Meenakshi, As far as Gaur Yamuna City is concerned, it offers 2/3BHK residential flats and plots. Sizes of flats are available from 1000-1240 sq-ft. in 2BHK and 1375-1475 sq-ft. in 3BHK whereas plot sizes are available in 1080-1980 sq-ft. A 2BHk will cost you Rs. 20.95 lakh to Rs.28.40 lakh and for 3BHK it will be around Rs.31.55 lakh to Rs. 33.85 lakh onward. Similarly, 1080-1980 sq-ft. plot will cot you Rs.25.60-47 lakh onward. It's possession date will be 2016 end.

The registration amount for these plots are Rs. 51000. But the cost is more than 30000/sq-yrd which is almost double the amount of Authority Plots recently offered by Yamuna Expressway Authority(YEIDA). You are right Mahinder, Almost all the Tier-1 city is facing the same issue. Builders are not following any rules and regulation and project getting delayed from 1-5 yrs. Most of the project get stuck due to the project approval as developers don't have sufficient proof. Most of the property are facing litigation issue and in return poor buyers have to face trouble.
Hi yogesh, i am closely following the Gaur Yamuna city project as i am also looking to invest here but i have not heard something like there is some approval issues or some thing else that to cause delay in the project . i have reviewed all aspects but never heard about such issues. so this may be just rumors.
Hi yogesh ji, Gaur yamuna city plots ahve got the approval and ready for possession and ready. i visited the site on sunday and talked with some persons there and they were also seemed quite happy with the project.
