Varthur is developing as a favoured residential destination by the IT people due to the competitive pricing. Presently, the road acts as a corridor to the preferred residential and commercial markets in Whitefield, Old Airport and Sarjapur ORR. Varthur has gained the momentum when the demand for residential property in Whitefield lure developers to look for land in the neighborhood at relatively lower rates.Right now a lot of development happening off the main road.

The project is spread over 1 acres of plot with 102 units of 2 bedrooms flat and 6 units of 3 bedroom flats. It is 11 floors structure.

The project has got approval from BBMP and State Bank of Mysore. There are 2 and 3 bhk units with price ranging from Rs 51.25 lakhs to Rs 62.59 lakhs approximately.

Present construction status: a) completed the 8th floor and 9th floor slab work is in progress. Site photo is enclosed.
b) Brick work in 5th floor is in progress.
c) Internal electrical & plumbing works started in 1st floor.
d) Internal & External plastering works are in progress.
e) STP civil infrastructure is over
The builder is planning to give the possession by June 2017.
