Yes, Asset Aura was on course to receive a PLATINUM Certification (the highest green building rating) from IGBC Green Homes. Did they received the certificate?
Hi Anusha, I am a property seeker & seen at least 8 projects in & around Gunjur before visiting asset aura. I work in ecospace - so for me preference is the property which is max 4 to 6 km from my office. My kids even go in New horizon which is very close to the project. With the other builders where the price is little low - they don't have proper documents like OC & CC. Big players like Sobha are also there but for me they are not affordable and delivery time is also after 5 years. Then I visited Asset Aura which I really liked as - builder is providing OC & CC so it a legally clear property, it is ready to move in, Home loans from nationalized banks, the kind of facilities builder is providing like 1 acre roof top organic farming, windmills & solar power generation, 100 % water recycle is something that even branded players cannot provide at this cost. Kindly let me know what issues your friend is facing so I will take care of the same while taking my discussion further.
Akansha and Megha, Asset group just handed over the keys to me. They have really working hard to provide better services. I have also been talking to the management to have some natural ambience with dense native trees and plants. The Asset group have a great team now who are constantly putting effort to provide better customer services, as I had mentioned earlier that the Manager Relation's issues with communication has been resolved with a better Manager and associates, I now strongly recommend Asset to my friends and family. They do take feedback seriously and positively make a wholehearted effort to give you good living ambience.
Thats great if things has been sorted out, as you have got your flat how is the construction quality and what about Occupancy Certificate. Even I heard that they have got green building ratings.

That's good now. Yes, I too faced very bad time during 2014 when I booked the flat, but well trained staffs has been joined and doing great with them.

I have a flat with East facing entrance, bedroom balcony facing to West with full Sun set view, 1,666 sq mt, 3 bhk on the 4th floor, and willing to sale immediately. As I've relocated to Middle east, I would like to sell it. Total cost is 78 L. Registration not done. I wish to sell it before registration.
I do agree with Vineith regarding the comments. Beware of booking the flats with Asset Handlers/Asset Builders. Till you book the flat you see smiling faces, proper answering of calls, polite words and major part is accept what ever you tell. Once you book the flat by paying 20% of total amount, you see a different face altogether. Your calls will not be answered and what ever agreed earlier will not be done.
What I feel about the locality is that it is good for investment purpose. The area is well connected to two major IT Hubs on Sarjapur Road ( Proposed Infosys Campus-11 kms) and Whitefield ITPB (10 kms). Good connectivity to ORR IT Corridor (12kms), Wipro Head Quater ( 8 kms) and E City ( 15 kms)
The project has got Platinum Certified from IGBC. The Asset Aura or Asset builders stop answering your calls. They will only call you to remind your payments when it is due. In case you are taking your own loan instead of the loans from banks that they recommend, you are treated as filth then on! Yes, we bought one and had applied loan from SBI, Asset people refuse to talk to you and even delay in providing you with documents and never answer. In case the bank people ask for an NOC, the manager-relations says that there is no point in giving an NOC! Ridiculous! You can't even get rid of them else you have to lose a great deal of money in order to cancel your booking. No one even gets the buyer in touch with the MD of Asset group to complain and the Manager - Relations is completely unfit and has no etiquettes in having any relations with the customers. Hello Vineith, did you book an apt. in Asset Aura or some other projects of Asset builder. I have the same feeling like they treat people like shit after booking the apt. I was interested In Asset aura, but there were some genuine questions and I wanted to clarify before I book the Apt in asset aura. So I wrote an email to them, and they did not even bother to reply it or call me. So I did not go with asset Aura. Now you can just imagine how are they going to treat their customers after booking. PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE VINEITH. It really help customer like us to make a decision.

This project was launched on august 2013 and the launching price was Rs 3,200. The expected completion date is oct 2014. So far I have heard good reviews about the project.
No they are not providing cauverywater connection but there are around 5 bore-wells. The booking charges is 2 lakhs and then within 20 days you have to pay 20 lakhs.
@Kunal : This project is located in Gunjur, Varathur. You can find many international schools near by. When you reach bannerghatta road , from railway tunnel it is just 2km to the project.
Hello Anusha, currently thre project is under construction and only 2 floors are over now. It has total of 6 floors. This project includes 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price of 1bhk will be around Rs 30 lakhs for 869 sq ft, 2bhk will be around 50 lakhs for 1483 sq ft including car parking and all and for 3bhk it would be around Rs 58 lakhs for 1662 sq ft.
