Q: The project is completed and I want to know if the builder has given OC. Are the approvals from local body and banks in place?

Where exactly is the project located in BTM layout and is there cauvery water connection?

Janhavi Enclave is situated at BTM 3th stage adjacent to Bommanahalli - Vijaya Bank colony behind IIM Bangalore, Off Bannerghatta Road. The project is just 3 kms from Silk Board junction, Hosur Road and 4 kms from Koramangala.

Does the project offers only 3 bhk units? What is the total land area and how many units are there in this project?

Yes the project offers only 3 bhk units and it is spread over 3.5 acres of land. if I am not wrong then there is a total of 234 units in this project.

Yes it is one of the completed project by Janhavi Constructions. The builder has provided occupancy certificate and it has got approval from BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis & ICICI.
