Yes one of the worst builder and never met their commit

We booked flat last year and never completed we wanted to cancel the agreement ..we have been waiting more than 1 year but they are not processing the request. Marketing people keep on changing and they acts like don't know any thing.

Worst builder by all means, #1 fraud builder. Infact they deserve no stars. They will talk at length before selling after they will abscond without finishing things. Wash off hands on things. Management is incapable and has no responsibility on customer relations and satisfaction. Ashrith/Meda/AR Constructions all are promoted by JV group. Buyng a property from these people has made life hell. Buyers beware, if you're interested to save your life long investment .!!!

Which legal authority has approved the project and which all banks are providing home loan for the same?

The location seems to be good.... What is the total land area and when they are planning to give the possession?

The project is being developed on a 2 acre 27 Guntas land and will consist 3 blocks, namely Tower A, B &C will be developed on G+12 floors each and the estimated possession date is by first quarter of 2019.

Yes you are right Mr Aveek...The project is in close proximity to IT Hubs and industrial estates, schools, hospitals & shopping malls. It is less than 2.5 km from Global Village tech park, Bangalore University, RV Engineering College, BGS Global Hospital, Metro Station and Gopalan mall.
