do you know about DDA L ZONE facility???

Q: ddalzoneprojects.com Team has all the details about DDA smart city project and they answered my confusions and questions and I invested with the best deal they offered. I would highly recommend these guys.

You are right Tushar......All roads now lead to L Zone of Dwarka, in south west Delhi. As per the Delhi Development Authority, this is the largest zone of Delhi with 22840 hectares. At least half of this land can be urbanised and is proposed to come under land pooling policy of DDA. Builders have rushed in with pre-launches. But the troublesome is that the Government is yet to notify the zone. Buying property under this zone will be consider as illegal and you might have to loose your hard earned money. So, better stay away from such properties in Delhi.

Yes, and DDA has issued notices many times warning people against registered and unregistered societies floating attractive schemes for booking of plots and flats claiming that the land for the purpose is with them under the land pooling policy.

But buying property under L-Zone is illegal as per DDA Master Plan 2021. And If any builder tells you the project is in the land pooling zone, and that you can make a good profit from it, understand that you might end up being a victim of fraud. If one goes by the recent public notices of Delhi Development Authority (DDA), such offers are illegal and homebuyers are advised to stay away from them.
