Hi Friends!!
Is the land owner Godrej or only developer? According to me location of Sec-150 is not at all recommended. The only reason why people avoid Greater Noida is because of distance but It is a far better maintained and planned region compared to Noida and has a better authority relatively speaking when it comes to maintenance and upkeep. Better to buy in main Gr Noida around Pari Chowk. Builders entering residential projects has little or no effect. The region will develop when prominent commercial office players start coming in.

Hi Mohit,
Has the project launched or still in pre-launch phase? In January 2016, i had heard that Godrej Properties has signed a development management agreement with NCR-based builder Lotus Greens to build a housing project on 36 acre land parcel. This will be their first project in Noida market. They have not yet disclose the configuration of this project.

Right Amitabh.....This project is a part of the 300 acre sports township that builder Lotus Greens had acquired in late 2014 with the backing of private equity funds Clearwater Capital and SSGCapital Management. These two funds had put in Rs.450 crore together to help the builder to make the first installments of the payment for the land to Noida Authority. It is said that the total value of the land is around Rs.2500 crore.
