Yes, last month, this Godrej Properties Ltd. had launched its first project in Greater Noida, a 100-acres golf-themed township. This project is located at Sector-27 in Greater Noida. It will be a low-density development with a 9 - hole golf course and villas. They didn't disclose the project name and its price.

And the reason behind it, the Greater Noida property market has performed well than other locations in the Delhi/NCR over the last 3 yrs. And don't remember that Greater Noida is an important part of the NCR market.
