Is it Wise to buy from Shravanthi Builders?

Q: Think twice before you buy from shravanthi builders. Money taken and delay in project later. Infact, quaility of construction is very very poor. Do ask residents of Shravanthi Paramount near DLF New town. They are suffering due to low quality wall plastering, leakages & bad basement with water logging. Builder has not provided any amenities like Gym, club house ever after 1 year. Lifts are of low quality and faulty as well. Suggest not to go with this bulider and waste your money.

Your hard earned money will go in to vain when you buy the project of Shravanthi group projects . Kindly rethink twice or thrice or take a look of the projects in details so you can come to know the facts and also interact with the people who are staying currently in the apartment.

To my knowledge Shravanthi Palladium project is started way back in feb 2013 till now also he has not completed the project and handed over . This show how he is incapable of completing the project .When any buyer goes and plan to buy his property he gives false promises that i will hand over in particular date . by mistake we took the palladium project and we are suffering a lot .my humble request to the buyers not to go any project constructed by this builder particularly.

Hi any one is planning to by shravanthi builders project ( shravanthi palladium) in and around bangalore my humble request not to go for projects because low quality of materials and sub standards materials are used , when heavy rain comes in basement -1 water logging will happen , when you go and see the unsold flats you can incomplete works , most prominent is water seepage will happen after you purchase in few months , inside the house and overall building plastering works done in pathetic manner , Coming to basement-2 parking you cannot take SV Vehicles because in and out the drive away what they have provided at present is pathetic .STP till know it has not been commissioned yet but the residents are running manually , Multipurpose hall he has constructed 4 walls that is nothing tile work or necessary work he has not carried till now, regarding gym as per his conversation with residents he told only i will provide space not gym equipments it seems.

Hi , I am Planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in shravanthi palladium in kananakpura road , can anyone please suggest about the builders and the quality of work done by them ? Is A khata and CC approved for this land?

Thanks for sharing you feedback here but I could see that they have completed more than 30 projects, 4 projects are under construction and they are coming up with 8 new projects in the coming years.
