How much is the rate per sqft going on? What will the total cost of an apartment here?

The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 4390. The price of an apartment in this project ranges from Rs 37.3 lakhs to Rs 69 lakhs approximately.

The project was launched in 2014 and according to sources the project is expected to get completed by March 2017. The project has got approval from BMRDA and all the leading banks.

Thats great... How many apartments will be there in this project and what is the total land development area? Kindly let me know the sizes of apartments they are offering?

Mantri Primus Reflection offers 1,2 and 3 bhj units with size ranging from 850 sqft to 1575 sqft. The project is spread over 2.13 acres of land and there will be total of 163 units.
