Yes, there are two sizes of 2BHK is available for sale in Atharva Infrastructure Nagri-2 from 986-1095 sq-ft. and it's price will be Rs.30.56L to 30.66L onward. Stamp Duty and Registration charges as per the govt. rule.

It is surrounded by neighbourhoods such as Ayodhya Nagar, Pratap Nagar, Vivekananda Nagar, Samarth Nagar East and Gotal Pajri. Localities within Besa include Revati Nagar, Harihar Nagar and Abhay Nagar. The neighbourhood’s social infrastructure is well-developed and there are various schools and hospitals. Transport facilities are also good in the locality.
