While the phase-1 offered 48 residential apartments, the phase-2 will have 60 2/3BHK apartments. There will be outdoor solar lighting system all across the premises, roof-top party area and kids zone, 24x7 DG back up, CCTV, security and surveillance system, intercom facility, state-of-the-art multi-gym and elevators are some of the basic amenities provided by the developer in this project.

Hi Jatindra,
I am also interested in this project and inquired about Ascon ASAV Enclave Phase-2, Birati, Kolkata and found that the project is coming up just next to the Birati railway station and Birati Big Bazar. The project is expected to be completed and apartments handed over to the owners in October 2017.

What about project approval? Have they got the commencement certificate? What will be the car parking charges?

@Jatindra,
I think they told me that they are waiting for the CC and once they will get, construction work will start. As far as car parking is concerned, optional parking charge of will be Rs 4 lakh.

How many flats are going to develop under phase-2 and which all banks and financial institutions have approved this project? What are the basic amenities are coming under phase-2 of Ascon ASAV Enclave?

Yes, this project has been launched and it offers 2/3BHK flats. The 2BHK apartments at ASAV Enclave will have different sizes, ranging from 772-820 sq ft. The 3BHK apartments will have a uniform size of 949 sq-ft. It's current price will be Rs.3099/sq-ft.
