Unicon North Brooks 46 is an ongoing project by Unicon shelters. The project offers 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1045 sqft to 2270 sqft. and each home is 100% Vaastu compliant.

The project is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2019. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4500. There will be a total of 264 luxury residences spread over 4 blocks, in a combination of 13 and 14 floor towers.
