Q: Hi All, I have made a payment of Rs.100000 just to hold the inventory signing the application form but suddenly I have got money crisis and I am unable to pay booking amount at all and I want to get my money return. Please help me how to do that booking has not been done yet.
HI Chandan! It is advised to file a complaint before RERA Gurgaon in order to get your money back. The Forum is deciding complaints within 90 days and refunding the money in case there is a delay in completion of project and handing over the possession along with interest. Shreshth Jain, 9871206484
Hi, Better, you directly talk to the builder and ask for the refund. If you are not getting any positive response then send a mail mentioning refund of amount with scan copy of the receipt. And still you are not getting any positive response after 15 days from the mailing date then file a case in the consumer forum of refund of money.
Hi Chandan!! I suggest you to send a notice to builder asking for refund. If he fails to respond to the notice positively, you can approach consumer forum. You narrate the entire facts of the case and ask for refund. It is advisable to seek help of Advocate to draft notice and represent you in the Consumer Forum.
Hi Chandan! Do you have valid receipt for the payment you made? If so consult a lawyer and file a case in consumer court if you are not able to get refund by personal request.
@Chandan!! To seek refund you have to act in accordance with the law. You qualify to seek refund if you have not violated the agreement or the clauses mentioned on the booking form.
