It is a big project with all the amenities inside.It is like a mini township.They are Ahuja Builders so quality and planning is not the issue.They charge you a little more considering the extra host of facilities provided by them.It is for one who wants to live a luxurious lifestyle at an affordable cost.

I am planning to invest in Ambernath project. Can any one please suggest which one i should go for Mohan group or Ahuja Construction and why?

Hi friends!!!
I would like to tell you that Ahuja Prasadam is quiet expensive project. I had gone there last month and inquire one or two more projects there. Layout is good, they are giving all the amenities, but costing is a bit high. 38 L for 1BHK. Prices at Tharwani projects and others are quiet reasonable. You can get a 2BHK in this budget.

Hi Jayan!!
You will get possession of your flat in Ahuja Prasadam Phase-1 by Nov-Dec 2016. I visited the project site last month and see the construction work in full pace.
