Because of demonetization in the country lot's of residential project across India are on hold due to cash crisis. Builder has no money to pay the wages to their labor and for buying raw materials. Better, you visit the builder's office and ask for the reason of hold.

What about the dumping ground just beside the project? The project is in the downwind of the dumping ground. Is n't it a health hazard?
