2BHK in V Raheja Varuna Andheri West.

Q: Hello All

I have recently seen the V Raheja SRA project Varuna in Andheri West. The freesale building is under construction and the possession is August 2017 as per the builder.

The project is located on ceasar road andheri west so wanted to know if someone who stays nearby or knows the area can advise if it is worthwhile investing in this project. How reliable is V Raheja as builders? The rate quotes is 14250 psf with a couple of amenities.

Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks

Even I was considering a property with them but came across another option at Andheri East at Vivante by Mahindra. My wife works in Saki Naka so considering the convenience of metro, we decided to book a property with Mahindra.

Thanks for taking out time and replying to my query and probiding a good insight for the andheri west, really appreciate it. @AK Jain, please can you let me know where you got the price of 14000 psf as well as the total of 55 units as far as I know the total number of units being constructed are 70. Also do you know how reliable are V Raheja as builders? Please advice. Thanks

As far as locality is concerned, Andheri West is one of the most famous suburban business districts of Mumbai city, It has become an attractive destination for corporates of every scale and sector to set up offices in this region. Andheri West has a good physical, civic and social infrastructure. It has good connectivity and proximity to business areas like SEEPZ & BKC. There are lot's of opportunities in Andheri West as infrastructure continues to grow and improve in the area. The current Mumbai metro is an example of it.

I agree with you. Andheri West is considered as one of the most spacious areas in Mumbai suburban due to its high property prices, the profile of residents, its infrastructure and connectivity, and its proximity to key commercial and business areas. The area usually witnesses residential launches in the luxury segment. If we talk about the locality threats then high prices are a threat to the area's realty growth as demand for affordable housing is increasing. At the same time limited land availability is another threat that may slow down further growth of the area. Andheri West attracts not just property buyers, but also people who want to rent a property. These are usually higher income level professionals working in nearby business establishments.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and Santacruz Airport are only a 15-min drive from Andheri West. The average apartment price in Andheri West is Rs. 21275/sq. ft., minimum property price is Rs. 20700/sq-ft. and maximum property price is Rs. 21850/sq-ft.

Hi,
I came across this project called V Raheja Varuna. It offers 2 and 3BHK residential flats from 1440-1800 sq-ft. and it's current price will be Rs.14000/sq-ft. It is a SRA project where the SRA part has already been handed and the free-sale component is currently under construction. It is located on Ceaser Road next to Bombay Cambridge School which is a good location according to me. Possession will be July-August 2017. Total of 55 units are going to construct under this project.And still few flats are available from builder as well as in resale.
