I for one think this a decent venture at a prime area with all endorsements set up. The ownership course of events said is 2017 and OC is yet to be gotten.

The project looks good and the project has got all the necessary approvals. The project will be completed by 2017. Moreover it is A Khata property and the builder is going to provide OC after construction.
