The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 2299 and the different area of plots are 1200, 1500 and odd dimensions. The project is spread over 2.5 acres.

Has the project got all the necessary approvals? How much will be the selling price of a 1200 sqft plot here? Is the project ready for registrations?

As far as I know the project has got approval from BIAPPA and the project will be ready for registrations within 2 months of time. A 1200 sqft plot will cost you somewhere around Rs 26 lakhs.
