previous project myhna heights isnt bad.

and this project is just next to prestige lakeside habitat. Dont like the idea of g+26, but still pricing seems nice

Prestige not completing project, forget these guys.

Hey Lokesh,

Its on parts of survey no 189/190 in varthur hobli. about 200m in from the main road sharing parts of boundary with prestige lakeside. I am based out of san jose, so havent seen it.

i am going for a one time payment option which come around to slightly over 40 lacs for a 3bhk.
is risky, but they at that pricing i am honestly tempted. Will be going to india in dec and will be completing the txn then.
