confused between 2 projects.....please Suggest

Q: Hi all we are planning to buy a resale flat in CLPD Suncity in Sarjapur Outer Ring Road because of its Prior location and connectivity to other area.
we are also considering a brand new flat in Sumadhura Silver Ripples in Whitefield Area. Soo confused now that which one would be the beat deal for us. Please suggest .

Sumadhura Silver Ripples offers 2, 3 and 4 bhk apartments. It is a good project and the project has got all the necessary approvals from banks and legal authority.

CLPD Suncity Apartments is a completed project and the age of the project is more than 7 years old. So it is advice able to go for a new project
