This property is in Thane. I have experience my best in their work. The construction is very nice. Construction of the remaining tower is going on full swing. They give world class service. Also it has lavish amenities and is exquisitely designed for an iconic living experience.

the construction quality is just pathetic, despite the usage o flatest technology there are severe leakages issue in all the building floors
material used is also of substandard
all in all a good location with a real bad builder

One of the best property in GB road. Highly recommended for investment & self use both. They have already delivered 3-4 towers. Location is excellent, Pokhran, which is a posh locality.

GB road is the hottest place to invest right now. And Ozone is among the top builders who are currently present in this area. Lots of people have started staying here on rent because connectivity to all major areas is convenient. Highly recommended for property owners.

Book this project if you have an investment horizon of 7-8 years. Returns will be excellent, also post 7-8 years this project can be the best option for self use so you can sell your property at a very good rate.

I booked in this project six years back. My notional return so far is less than 4% per year. It is better t keep money in Bank than invest in this project. I am still waiting for possession, which is delayed by more than two years

People who have booked in these 2 buildings have been hearing this "soon" for more than a year. The project is already delayed by more than 2 years.

Gud evening!!
Please don't buy house with any of Acme's projects. Not sure how banks like HDFC are funding/supporting this project.They always makes false promises in their every project. Most of its projects are hyped and delayed. Doesn't pay you interest on delayed possession. There is no doubt that they are very big builder in Mumbai and have completed more than 50 projects in Mumbai. But still you can see lot's of negative feedback against this developer from its customers.

Hi Anurag,
Acme Group has a very bad reputation in Mumbai Real Estate Market. There are many negative reviews against this developer. Buying a home for end use is very tedious and stressful task that needs a lot of in depth understanding about the locality, projects and developers etc. So, do all ur due diligence before investing.

Acme is a good developer in MMR. They are in this industry from last 40yrs. Acme, Kalpataru, Marathon, Godrej are some best companies you can rely on.
