Thane West is a popular area in Mumbai. NH 3, 4, State Highway 42 and 35 are the arterial roads that help in connecting this place to the neighbouring areas. The region houses Thane Station that lies on the Central and Trans-Harbour Railway lines. Thane West abodes Wagle Industrial Estate that offers a number of job options to the people residing in and around this region. Thane West is surrounded by landmarks and tourist spots which are visited by people from all over Mumbai and India. It is only 4.3 kms (7-min drive) from Eastern Highway and 5.1 kms from the Railway Station.

What is the current rate going on for a 2BHK flat in Acme Ozone, Manpada, Thane? Is this project still under under construction or ready-to-move? What all sizes available in 2BHK?

Yes, 2BHK are available from 1001-1031 sq.ft. and its per square foot rate is Rs.10000. This is a ready-to-move project since December 2016.
