Is this the good project to buy for individual use. i am not looking this as an investment. How is the builder reputation, what will be quality after completion and is the surrounding is good and safe to stay.

Yes it is a child-centric project which has 80% open spaces and construction will be done in the 20% land. The project has got approval from BBMP and banks like SBI and LIC Housing Finance.
