Q: Good place to invest. There are lots of projects in GB road but my first preference will always be Acme. Pricing, construction quality & possession matters the most.
Mr. Mehta, I am not sure what makes you feel this will be your first preference, especially because you also mentioned "possession" as a criteria. There are people, including me, who have booked a flat in this project in 2010-11 and are yet to get possession. So BEWARE!!
Attention buyers!! Please don't buy flat with any of Acme's projects. Most of its projects are hyped and delayed. Doesn't pay you interest on delayed possession. I am not sure how banks are funding and supporting this project. They are making false promises to their buyers and investor and once you booked and paid your initial booking amount, the real headache will began. They won't pay attention to your mail or phone call.
Yes, 1.14 crore for a 2BHK flat includes all, 1 covered parking, stamp duty, registration charges, brokerage charges and 18 months advance maintenance. carpet area is around 640 sq-ft.. but the layout is a little different compared to the other 2bhk flats that i have seen in this locality.

Hi Jitu!! As per my recent visit to Ozone, they are about to deliver 2 towers by start of 2017. It has 2 & 3 bhk apartments, 2bhk starts at 1.10cr. Which is a good deal. This seems to be a good news for everyone who had bought a property here. Also, the price appreciation has been excellent over these years for Ghodbunder Rd & this project.
