Latest Answer: Mr. Mehta, I am not sure what makes you feel this will be your first preference, especially because you also mentioned "possession" as a criteria. There are people, including me, who have booked a flat in this project in 2010-11 and are yet to get possession. So BEWARE!!

Acme Ozone is by far my most prefered investment. They also have a scheme, you can book a 2bhk at 4.99L & pay the rest on possession. This will take care of all your possession issues.

Basilia and Centilia, where the booking started in 2010-11, are yet to be handed over. The first date given was Dec 2013. The dates have shifted five times since then. Have you ever heard that a building has not been handed over more two years after casting the last slab? Yes, that is the case here. The last slab in Basilia and Centiia was cast in Sept 2014. The current date for possession is March to June 2017. They have shifted the date so many times that none of their words can be believed. Beware and keep away from them!!
