I have visited the project site and it look good for both end. But my question is that which local body has approved this project and is it a residential land or commercial one? If it is a agricultural land then they must have conversion certificate in hands???

Yes, Locality of Behror in Alwar is good for investment as well as for residential use. As it is a part of suburban area of Behror in Alwar. Inhabitants of the locality have easy access to public facilities like schools,colleges, hospitals,recreational areas and parks. Transport facility is also good in the locality.
As far as project approval is concerned, it is a collectorate approved project and almost all the leading banks are funding this project.
