All the material used for this construction is below average. two bed room kitchens are like a toilets. three bed rooms are not according to vastu. service is worst. If you really want to buy a flat here then you are a looser. If you still want to buy then do not spend more than 2500/sq ft, otherwise you will be a big looser.

1.They collected 10K for Mosquito mesh doors.
2.If you want wood work they will charge 15K even though the current meters are installed
3.15000 as corpus fund.
5.They will collect 2000rs for maintenance for 3 months in advance even though the amenities are not provided.
When I asked they told that it is for lift usage and ground water usage.
Never trust sales Executives Pavan, Sravan, Naveen - All are fake.
Ramayya and Shakar - These are site incharge and they wont give a minimum respect to the flat owners.
At last i can say that you will be looser if you buy the flat and if you are ready to pay 50000rs hidden charges apart from the flat cost the go ahead , also they wont provide any bills or receipts for what you had paid.
