How do i verify that this project is genuine? Who is the president of this co-op society? Rate of this property is less compared to the adjoining projects. Why is this so? Can i securely invest in this property without any problem with litigations?

Every plot will get independent electricity, drainage and water connection. And amenities offered here are Club House which houses Gym, Swimming Pool, Meeting rooms and play area.
Indoor Sports Stadium.

This is a project by BSNL Employees and Citizens House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd so can a general public book a plot here, if yes what are different dimensions available.

I have seen the advertisement in the newspaper yesterday and it was mentioned that the booking is open for general public as well.

Different dimensions of plots here are 1200 sqft, 1500sqft, 2400 sqft, 4000sqft, and 12,000sqft.

Oh great...but 12,000sqft is it a residential or commercial plot??? How much will be the down payment and which legal body has approved the project

12,000 sqft is a commercial plot... the project offers both residential and commercial plots. It is a BIAAPA approved project. Downpayment differents from what size of plot you are looking for.

The project is located on NH 207 between Devanahalli and Doddaballapur Road. It is near to Bangalore Rural DC office. The rate per sqft going for plots in this project is Rs 975.
