Jaypee NCLT insolvency proceedings are on. My flat is in KM 72. I am taking legal action. SMS or warsapp me on 9810245895.collective legal action would be more fruitful

HI,

i am also allotee of KM26, all central kosmos heights towers(23,24,25,26) have almost same status with super structure ready and plaster work is going on and on for last 2 years now, i dont see any big progress for last 2 years and dont hope that JP shall do anything on its own to complete this project. i think the pending payments from allotees is enough to complete the work remaning in towers but we are not sure if jp will really invest money (if we pay)in our towers or not.....

Hello Sir,
In my opinion, you should visit the project site himself. All are just busy in getting their own flat information and if they are visiting the project site, they only want to know what's happening in their tower. Nobody, will care what's happening in other's towers.

Hi,
No block is complete in itself. Towers are being worked on with residents living in the next tower. Security aspect cannot be covered by RWA here, only Jaypee can manage it. It has high chance of theft. CCTV cameras would be installed in future. Residents will have to take care of maintenance on their own.
