Q: I had booked a flat in Vihang Valley Phase 3 (Rio) in 2011. Its been almost 6 years and only 9 floors constructed.
Project has been extremely delayed without any feedback provided from the builder.

I have sent umpteen requests to builders, but what we have not received any positive response.

My possession date is dec-2017, but looking the extremely slow progress, its difficult to achieve this possession date.
I am very dissatisfied with the outcome and my hard earned money is in question.

Dear Harsh,, even i m one of victim , i booked it in 2010 before site start. now its 7 years nothing happen.. we all should make a unity n ask for justice , Mr. Paratap Sarnayik should pay us our paid money with interest from the date of book ( year counting) plz add m on group if you created already . my number is 00966571170404
