Q: I booked flat in Vihang Valley ph 3 , in 2011 but still work is not progressed as promised at all. I would liike to creat group of owners in that building so that we can go to consumer court and somewhere.

Hi Atul, We booked flat too in last year where from beginning that possession would be in December'16 however there is very little progress made on the development. Now they are claiming that in month of April'17 possession will be handed over. There is no satisfactory reply from anyone and ever Sales executives are not responding properly to our queries like they never care.

Hi! Atul I have also booked flat in vihang valley phase 4 in 2012. till now work is not progressed Al the times they r promising next months work will start,but it is not. The other thing is they are varying the cost sheet also at market rate and offering us to move in phase -3 but still work is not in full swing....So we can form a group of those who hv bought the flat in vihang valley.so we can join and proceed with you....

Hi, I came across Vihang Valley project next to Hypercity. It has first phase ready with people already staying there and second phase seems to be due for possession soon. It has 1 BHK(600 sqft) as well as 2 BHK(800 sq-ft). Ongoing prices seem to be near 7500/sq-ft. Kindly guide me how this shall be from an investment perspective as well as livability perspective. How is the reputation of builder.
Go ahead! don't listen to all these fellows as they might not have paid the amount and now spreading the negativity and you might lose the best chance to make an investment and Vihang Group is amongst the well-known builders in Thane. Vihang Valley Phase 1 & 2 already occupied with more than 700 families and I am the one who stays there.
