Hi, i have visited the developers office and inquired about Arcadia Amazon, Mohali. If you are booking under down payment plan, you will get rebate of Rs.300 per sq-yrd.
At the time of booking, you have to pay 10% of the basic price, within 30 days of booking, you have to pay 85% of the basic price and rest of the 5% at the time of possession.
