They are the worst builder in Delhi-NCR. All of their projects are not in schedule. If you will search in Google with their projects name, you will get a lots of negative comments. I will advice you not to invest your hard money with any such builders in future. Which projects have they completed in Gurgaon on time? Even the project launched 7 yrs back are still not delivered.

Hi All, As per Builder-Buyer Agreement, possession date is July-2020 but in the brochure and everywhere else it is 2019. Even at the time of booking, they have told their buyers that they will get their flat possession for independent floors in February 2016 and same was mentioned in sale brochure. But at the time of allotment they are saying that possession date will be 3 years. I don't know how they amend the BBA terms without consent of buyers.

Hello Vipan, You have waited for long time to get your flat possession. I will only request you to wait for two months more until Real Estate Regulation and Development Act will come into force. Once it will active, all the developers with their delay project will have to pay penalty as well as would given some time to deliver their pending projects.
